HOW TO MAKE THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA AT HOME
AT first we need to know how does THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA work?
main consonants of the camera is:
1.a digital thermometer(non connect)
2. servo motors
3.software for analyze the digital from of the heat and convert to images or video.

Inside this camera has one high capacity non connect thermal thermometer.This is joint with tow or many(up to four) servo motor.when camera is on the motor rotate so,the thermometer also rotate as per required because the servo motor is controlled by microprocessor.when it project to any object the rotate thermometer collect heat status of the object.
After collecting heat the software make a heat graph and convert the heat signature in to images or video.
now HOW TO MAKE THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA AT HOME
Now brought a thermometer from electronic shop,cost around $10 but it not good.if you wish to buy good thermometer when you need more than $10.Now open the digital thermometer inside the PCB you see A,G,C,D,V on PCB board

C=clock
D=data
V=voltage
those point create a out put value.those point are same as chainess digital caliper,which has a serial PCB chip.when you get data move slowly the thermometer on the object.and graph the data on PC. or connect the thermometer to PC by serial port or com port .
to scan the thermometer by servo motor shows on toy car,airplane etc.which is cost around under $10.we also use a PCB chip which is included http://www.rentron.com/SerialServo.htm.
the last part of this project is make software for analyze the out put and make them to thermal video. you can use google.com for find the program or make your own program by
use vb, c++,or also use java or android platform or i OS platform.
